Back story:
Eagle lived his life as a child of war. Through suffering and torment he became a terrible force.

Eagle was then taken in by Fox Hound when he was 11.

Eagle has never let a target go without permanent damage or death.

After lessons with a certain Fox Hound member, He then became a master of blades, mainly Katana's.

During a mission, Eagle's arms and legs were crushed in an accident. After intense surgery and re-mobilization procedures. Eagle's limbs were then replaced by bio-mechanical attachments, increasing Speed, Strength, Stability and Jumping height.
Eagle has become an ultimate warrior in any battle field.
